By accessing or using DigiCRM, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform.

2. About DigiCRM

DigiCRM is a cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform owned and operated by ICLT Softech Solutions.

The platform provides tools for lead management, customer relationship management, sales tracking, workflow automation, reporting, communication management and related business operations.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must have authority to represent your business.
• You must provide accurate registration information.

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining account security.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account.
• You must immediately notify us of unauthorized access.
• You may not share login credentials improperly.

5. Subscription & Billing

Certain DigiCRM services require paid subscriptions.

• Subscription fees are billed according to the selected plan.
• Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
• Plans may be modified, upgraded or downgraded subject to platform policies.

6. Free Trial

DigiCRM may offer free trial periods.

At the end of the trial period, access may be limited until a paid subscription is activated.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

Users agree not to:

• Upload illegal content.
• Attempt unauthorized access.
• Distribute malware or malicious code.
• Reverse engineer the platform.
• Interfere with platform security.
• Use the service for unlawful purposes.

8. Customer Data

Customers retain ownership of all business and customer data uploaded into DigiCRM.

DigiCRM processes such data solely for the purpose of providing services.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, logos, designs, content, source code, interfaces and technology associated with DigiCRM remain the exclusive property of ICLT Softech Solutions.

10. Third-Party Integrations

DigiCRM may integrate with third-party services such as:

• Payment gateways
• Email providers
• SMS providers
• WhatsApp APIs
• Cloud hosting providers

Use of such services may also be subject to their respective terms.

11. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain uninterrupted availability, DigiCRM does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Maintenance, upgrades or external factors may occasionally affect service availability.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigiCRM and ICLT Softech Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use of the platform.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DigiCRM, its employees, directors and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities and expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

14. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity or create risks to the platform.

15. Changes To Services

DigiCRM may modify, improve, discontinue or replace features, functionalities or services at any time.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in West Bengal, India.
